Focus on general, two-word search terms that are high priced items. Larger companies, with greater advertising budgets, are willing to pay higher bids on keywords because they want the visitors.

Once you have a group of paying keywords for that niche, you further the research. Make note of how high or low the search returns are for those words. The higher the search return result, the better your chances at some good traffic.
